Hi all at Thunder’s, this seems to be one of the best sites concerning PE, hence I joined up after a lot of research on the net:)

Well, first of I need to be sure that my dick will be working great after I finish PE, so my question goes:
Is there anybody in here who can verify that they still have hard-ass erections and a fully functional dick (and of course not loosing all the gains:) ) after having retired from PE. The person has to NOT do any kind of PE. If anyone knows, I would be happy to know:)

Second, I know there has been a lot of discussion on this so-called “Dr. Lin.” Fraud or not, he does have some very useful stuff on his site, but as mentioned in other threads, this have been known for a long time. One thing though is the way he talks about using your tailbone muscle for orgasms and not the PC muscles. Anybody tried this??
Furthermore, this Lin talks about PEing will create collagen scars in your dick and also mentions several cases. I would like to have this proven wrong, as I can see the point in the dick being scarred when the blood holders “explodes” as the dick of course does not work as a regular muscle in the body.

Another thing, but not as important tho, he says that training the PC muscle will provoke premature ejaculation. Anybody experienced this?

These are my worst concerns before processing wit PE. I tried it before, but after reading what I’ve read on his site about scars, I was kinda intimidated that this would be caused by all the red spots showing on my dick (even though I read here and some other places, that this is normal).

I’m tired know and will be heading to bed, so I might have missed something but Ill post tomorrow anyway:)

My erections are stronger since I started PE. That’s true for most people around here. The jelqing really seems to help circulation.

I do not do any kind of PE that beats the hell out of my penis. Jelqing, stretches, and now a little pumping for a short time and at very low pressure.

Doing kegels will not make you come too fast.

Other than that, Personally, I would highly recommend you look at this lighter newbie routine rather than the regular one.

NEW newbie + advanced routine

A ‘less is more’ approach as outlined there works for a lot of guys.


Thanks for the fast reply. I know I shouldn’t beat the fuck outta my dick straight away, as that would probably cause scars and what do I know. You gotta make your dick fit for fight first if you know what I mean;)

Kegels, I was just wondering if it made you come faster in any way, not too fast, as that would be bad:)

I would be very pleased to hear about people who have maybe retired or know somebody who has, as they prolly don’t read the forums anymore if so:) Cause I wanna make sure that you don’t experience any postPE (really post, as in having stopped) as having a somehow limp dick or shit like that.

Btw, I think I read somewhere, was it bib maybe?, that said his dick wouldn’t have as high an angle erected as it used to do, and was harder to get a hard-on. I can imagine this, but I would like to have dick being able to point straight up without much effort other than a little nursing:) DON’t having me up on the name tho.

Now it’s time for me to go to bed, been reading too much ( again) and my eyes are nearly poppin out my head.

If I remember right, Bib’s point on his erection angle was cited as “proof” of his LOT theory. He started with a high LOT. Stretching stretched his ligs. Hence his new LOT was lower. (and many aren’t so sure there is anything to the LOT theory).

In general “erection angle” has NOTHING to do erection quality. Erection angle is just one of the many variations out there in the Penis world.

Some guys get really hard and point up. Some guys get really hard and point straight out. Some guys get really hard and point down. Common denominator : THEY ARE REALLY HARD.

And quite frankly “hands free” erection angle does not have that much to do with sex. The penis is flexible even when it hard. Therefore when you enter a vagina,for example, your penis will “bend” to hit the proper angle of the vagina.

I do not recall him saying that his erections were more difficult to get.

Listen Alex, I was very cautious like you are. In fact I lurked for a year before getting started — I wanted to be sure that you could do PE without hurting yourself.

My research at Thunder’s convinced me that you can — keep things moderate, listen to your body.

You need to go slow at first to learn about your penis, that’s why everybody recommends the newbie routine. In my opinion it is possible to get great gains by going even more moderate. That’s why I suggested you start with newbie routine outlined here:

After that, what you do is what you think you can handle. Proceed cautiously — you and only you are responsible for making sure you don’t injure yourself by going too far. Two articles that will help you judge that:

Personally I will never put a “cable clamp” around my penis, nor will I ever hang weights from it. Plenty of people have done those things safely, but I have decided that those methods are just not for me.

You may need to draw similar lines in the sand.

Just take it slow, be gentle, realize it is a marathon not a sprint. And if it hurts, DON’T DO IT!!!!


P.S. —- Heat is very important — always do a warm up and a warm down.

As to the Kegel Question, people (besides me) probably aren’t answering you because it is absurd. Kegels do not cause premature ejaculation. Can’t you tell by his website that Dr. Lin is not credible??????

I am sure that some men permanently hurt themselves doing PE in the early days. Some guys tried some crazy stuff. I have read about hanging 100 lbs or I think even more.

One should find out what the guys were actually doing.

You probably won’t find much specifically addressing Lin’s concerns here- TP isn’t devoted to overcoming objections to various PE methods- rather, it’s a map of the territory for those willing to strike out onto virgin ground.

PE is far from a science with proofs and studies- it’s more an art.

If you want to abide by Lin’s protocols, then do so- I’m sure there are PE methods here that you can integrate without contradiction.
