Hey everyone I have a few questions on jelqing. I’ve been doing the newbie routine for about a month and a half and haven’t seen any results. I really would like to improve my knowledge and learn what I am doing wrong.

-Is it better to sit down while jelqing or to stand up?
-When you jelq some people say it’s most effective to jelq at 50-70% erect but some say 70-90% erect, which one is most effective?
-Say you jelq while watching porn and do not ejaculate but a little bit of pre-cum comes out, is that bad?
-When you jelq at low erect levels then it works more length and when you jelq at high erect levels it targets girth more, right?
-Is it better to jelq for 20-25 minutes at one time or 10-15 minutes in the morning and then again in the evening?
-Is jelqing really the best PE exercise?
-What else should I add to my workout for better results.

I would like to improve my length the most. So I would appreciate it greatly if someone can help me and give me a little bit of variations to the workout that I can do.

#1 That’s up to you, some even do them lying down, I do them in the shower, in bed, or sitting on my fat ass.

#2 If just starting out stay on the lower side about 50% is fine, you can work your way up from flaccid to 50%, take note that injuries are more common at higher erection levels, so I’d advise to wait till erection goes down, if your getting to aroused to a more workable level, then continue again!

As far as being effective, being consistentm and a solid routine, with a slow 3 to 5 sec stroke worked for me.

#5 10 minutes is enough to start using a good lube like KY, just follow the NEWBIE Routine as listed in this forum, then add time as your dick gets used to the stresses your applying.

#5 yes, but that’s just my opinion.

#6 If your just starting, which I believe you are, add stretching, and get some of those inner Penis Newbie gains (Stretch out those Ligs).

Also watch you PI’s and EQ. You will grow.

I will try to answer your questions based on my experience.
1. Its easier to jelq standing up, I’ve never tried to sitting down.
2. I have found that I get my best results between 20-60% erect.
3. I jelq in front of a mirror, I like to see what I’m doing to my cock. Pre-cum is not bad!
4. That is what most people agree with. Low for length and high for girth. Please wait a few months before trying high erect jelqs, I’ve been PE’ing for over 3 years and I still don’t do this.
5. That is something you have to figure out yourself, everyone is different.
6. Yes, jelqing and stretching are the best combo exercises you can do.
7. After 3 months, you can decide to try different exercises. READ ALL YOU CAN AND LEARN.
