PE for one month.no results:
Hey everyone I have a few questions on jelqing. I’ve been doing the newbie routine for about a month and a half and haven’t seen any results. I really would like to improve my knowledge and learn what I am doing wrong.
-Is it better to sit down while jelqing or to stand up?
-When you jelq some people say it’s most effective to jelq at 50-70% erect but some say 70-90% erect, which one is most effective?
-Say you jelq while watching porn and do not ejaculate but a little bit of pre-cum comes out, is that bad?
-When you jelq at low erect levels then it works more length and when you jelq at high erect levels it targets girth more, right?
-Is it better to jelq for 20-25 minutes at one time or 10-15 minutes in the morning and then again in the evening?
-Is jelqing really the best PE exercise?
-What else should I add to my workout for better results.
I would like to improve my length the most. So I would appreciate it greatly if someone can help me and give me a little bit of variations to the workout that I can do.
