Yes if you only want girth do only girth work.

Pumping gains are permanent. Well at least for girth in my case. I never pumped for length like some of these guys do.

The real trick to pumping is watch the fluid buildup. There are guys who are claiming big pumping gains that are not cemented. It’s all fluid build up. All my pumping info is at least 3 years old and may be old school way by now. So I would read that forum before pumping.

Thanks for pointing me in that direction, I may try to incorporate a more solid pumping regimen. I was always discouraged by my past results with it, but in retrospect never really followed a defined routine wrt pumping. From my understanding, pumping gains take longer to appear? But that may just be my physiology

Oh good to hear it wasn’t a dramatic change. That would be the worst, going from upwards to pointing down.

I’ve been jelqing for about ten months now; two months ago I started manual stretching. Would you advise me to take up pumping as well? I’ve been thinking about it for some time, but I still can’t decide. What effect would it have in my case?

Krowax with gains like you’ve made so far hanging would set you above and beyond. Very enviable measurements you got there

Congrats Furrymonster ~ there is nothing better than hearing the girl your with comment on something you are doing. And “Fuck you’re BIG” has to be at the top of things you can here. I haven’t heard that one YET but I have heard “God you are really hard tonight” and “I love the way you feel” again congrats!
