PE does make a difference

It finally happened for me, after reading about it for so many other users I heard my girlfriend blurt out the other day during sex “Fuck you’re big!”

Gotta say that there are very few things in life that have given me as much satisfaction as hearing that, although I don’t consider myself big by any means because my girth, so maybe she was commenting on length. Still gotta work on the thickness though, I don’t want to end up with a pencil dick.

Anyways thought I would share with you guys. From here on end it’s still the same journey for me as everyone else, keep working hard and aim for those goals, be it length/girth or just hearing those words that show your efforts are paying off

Charlie S: At first I was taken aback, and almost thought she was saying it for the hell of it, but then I realized that this was a first and she normally doesn’t do that. Before I’d always get a vibe of how she likes it based on her physical responses, but never a verbal confirmation that my dick essentially, makes her feel fucking good. It definitely is an ego boost, but I almost don’t believe it myself. It’s just one of those things I guess since I see my dick everyday, I don’t notice a change in size until I put a ruler to it. However, even though I don’t think I’m particularly “big” I’m glad it’s doing it for my girl. Just provides more motivation to keep up with a strong work ethic and routine.

adros: My routine was variable and rocky to begin with, especially since I was a bit of a skeptic when it came to PE. Once I got serious though, the majority of my gains came from the following routine,

-Warm up using a heat lamp for 5 minutes; after this I’ll keep the heat lamp focused on my dick for the entire PE session
-SD hanging, 3x10min sets for 30mins total (now that length gains have slowed, I’ve switched to BTC hanging)
-Between each set of 10min hang, I’ll do 5min of jelqing for 15mins total; sometimes I will subsitute a set of o-bends
-After each session I’ll take 3000mg of arginine and then pop on my vacADS for the rest of the day till I sleep (approx 10-12 hours of ADS usage)

It takes me about 45-50mins total, but I am slowly adding more time to each set by increments of 1-2mins. I do all of this in the AM after I workout, but after reading on the forums I may add in a PM session of 30-45 mins pumping before I go to bed.

Did your erection angle go down after hanging straight down? Grats on the gains too.

It did decrease slightly so that I’m pointing just above horizontal. Before it would stand straight up and looking down on it made it look like 3 inches. Not to mention I curve upwards so the shortening effect from my view is amplified.

thanks master. What routine did you follow to get such fast girth gains? I’ve been trying for improve in that area with little to show for it

I did PE before and took about 3 years off so I pretty much got back what I lost taking off so long quick.

Last time I did PE I was trying to do length and girth at the same time. Not a good idea IMO. Anyway all my girth was from pumping. I never liked clamping but I see many guys doing it.

Right now I am just doing manual stuff. I am getting ready to hang again soon.

Good to know. I also used to mix up girth and length but found it gave me little of either. I’m surprised you managed to have permanent gains from pumping, that’s quite rare from what I hear. Must be one of those lucky guys who gain width-wise easily

so if you want only girth, it is better to concentrate only on girth related exercises?
