Pain In The Balls
Sorry in advance, I know this belongs in the injury section but I can’t post on that board.
I have been PEing for approx. A month. Routine is as follows;
10 min warm up w/ heating pad
5 mins stretching
25 O grip jelqs x4 sets
25 v grip jelqs x4 sets
10 min cool down w/ heating pad
(All stretching/jelqing done in shower)
I’ve experienced quite a few positive Pi’s (increased EQ, night wood/ morning wood) but I’ve also been experiencing a dull numbing sensation deep behind my right testicle. Not too concerned at the moment (as there has been no negative impact to function).
Anyone have any advice/ similar experience? If not I’ll just take a week or two off. Thanks in advance!
