Overtraining from manual stretching and fatigue

So I got back to stretches. And I do 5-7 min x 4 times a day and 5 days a week I do 10-12 min stretches+ 10 min jelq. All stretches are sitting down on the toilet, BTC (using tight as a fulcrum) and A stretches with my wrist sometimes also use the bundled version of the Astretch. I can hold stretches for longer than 2 min.

Can I be stretching too much and overtraining? If there are people who hang for 2 and 3 hours a day, then i dont see how can somebody overtrain doing stretches. I dont feel fatigue after exercises and just a little while doing them. Do I need to feel fatigue often to gain?

You can over train with any method. People hang for hours and some gain nothing because the hang too much or too long. Detecting if you are over training is the trick. Are you gaining? Are you showing any negative PI? Injuries?

If you are over training, speculation wont tell you, only your body will tell you.

According to your experience, what all day stretches did you do ? Did you ever feel faitigue while permorming them and after it?

I could stretch with all my strengh ( I am not a weak guy ) and not feel much….

So far everything is good, I think jelqing like 10 min most days of the week is very healthy and helps having good PI. PI definately depends on how often you masturbate too.

Also. Did you heat often on your all say stretches?
