So, because I get pain during jelqs, I will stop do them and only do stretches instead. But, I don’t want to loose EQ, or girth.
My goal is to get about 0.5-1 inch in length.

My (new?) routine:

2 min warm up
3 min stretches (will increase the number by time)
1 min warm-down
[2 days on, 1 day off]

I wish to get the results to the next summer.
Do you think that is a realistic goal with this routine? To keep a good EQ and get about 1 inch in length?

Where is the pain located when you jelq? The fix may be as simple as lightening your grip.

I’ll chime in here . I used stretches almost exclusively and gained an inch .

I’m not a fan of the jelq myself .

So don’t think you’ll lose your gains .

Gaino - from the outside looking in, your routine looks wayy too short to facilitate any real gains.

I am by no means a PE expert. I’m just a newbie of 5 mths or so, and while I believe less is more and more is less, I do think a certain threshold is required in order to get some value out of PE’ing. I understand finding time is tough, but your routine is like 6 minutes total. I warm up for that long.

Might I suggest the following:

3-4 min warm up (hot wrap is ideal)

8-10 mins stretching - consisting of two sets of Up, Down, Left, Right, Straight out for 30 seconds each, with 5 second rest in between each new direction and a one min rest after the first full set of all directions (during this break i usually do “Helicopter shakes” where i hold my cock at the base and twirl it for 20 seconds to the left really fast, then 20 seconds to the right really fast - this is great for promoting blood flow. I also slap my dick against my leg, 10x to the left leg, 10x to the right leg - again, for blood flow). Then you do your second set

2 min BTC stretch, pull your cock from under, up in between ur asscheeks and hold for 2 mins straight, you will feel the stretching (and mild discomfort) in the ligs at the top of the base of your cock. This is one of my favs

I have gained .5” in NBP, and around .8” or so in BPEL in just 5 mths, about .2” in girth as well I suspect

Igrow, thnaks for the routine, thats about what I will have, but don’t you do any “blood exercises”? But still gain girth?

Gainomax . Igrow has good advice .
It took me at least 9 months to get there .
And I’m not a fan of the jelq . Did mostly v-jelqing as well as stretches .
Just find YOUR style of routine that fits you .
That’s the hard part of this whole game .
Take it easy and you’ll get there .

Igrow, how is your EQ? I don’t get much positive PIs from just doing stretches.

If I had to look back at my routines and pick one thing that always seemed to hinder my process and make my dick turtle up, it was jelqs. Even hanging left me with better EQ than those would.

When I first started PE, I was just doing the newbie routine and my EQ shot up to a perfect 10. After I started to gain (have gained more than half an inch to date) my EQ started to drop considerably- to like a 6 or so.

Currently, with a routine consisting of stretching, pumping, and clamping (on different days) - my EQ is back up to about a 7 or 8.

I think anytime you gain, your EQ goes down as there’s more wood that needs stiffening and your BC muscle wasn’t equipped to handle that extra bit of dick length. So it is important to shuffle up your routine every couple months to concentrate on what your dick needs, because a big long floppy dick is no good.

My EQ has acctually went down to about 6 or something (my normal was around 9). I only do stretches now. Should I be worried?

Will training the BC muscle increase the blood flow and EQ?

Mine did the same thing .
Went from about an 8 EQ to 6 or 7 EQ .

May have been doing too much too soon .
He’s better now , although still not a 10 EQ . Although he’s never been that hard . LOL !! Damn it !!
