New stretch routine

Hey Board,
I am trying a new stretch routine that combines A.I stretching and static stretching. I do a set of A.I. (ten out, 5 left, 5 right, 10 down, 5 out, five left, five right,5 down) then I do a V stretch workout where I V-stretched 2x20 seconds each direction. I was wondering if anyone has tried combining the two stretch groups, I will share my results with you. Good luck to all on the board with future gains
