Once again - why don't PE too hard!
I’m writing this redundant thread to share my experience with PEing too hard and it’s effect on my PIs. I’ve been doing PE for about one year now (with disappointingly little success beyond newbie gains) and have been experimenting with various routines. I’ve found that I get a little eager/over zealous now and then and work out too hard. I’m finally starting to be able to really tell when my unit is over worked. I find that when I moderately PE, whether I gain or not, my unit stays well circulated and plump. EQs become AWESOME!
I found slow jelqing is very bad for me. It really doesn’t promote my unit getting plump during the workout and leads to turtling soon after, even for a short workout. I found fast jelqing (1-2 seconds) is best for a good workout and sustained plumpness.
I’ve also found jai stretches to be very helpful in maintaining a good flaccid length.
I know this has all been said before, but hope it helps someone. Remember- marathon, not sprint.
