Hard to PE!

Living at home with my parents isn’t good, it’s hard for me to PE any suggestions?

Do it in the shower. Take long showers. Or, get a lock for you door. Do it when everyone is in bed or before everyone gets up in the morning. Sometimes it is best to do this in the privacy of your own room, not the bathroom.

There was a guy who went u 2” in two years by doing several very sessions throughout the day, v stretches I believe.

Don’t you have a lock on your bedroom door, if not get one.

I don’t have a lock. So that’s the reason I do it in the bathroom, and it’s also the reason why it’s hard to PE.

I have the same problem. I do have a lock on my bedroom door, but it never fails as soon as you get started someone tries to open the door. That will really frustrate you and kill your concentration. It takes some serious motivation to PE under these conditions, I will never give up. I hope to someday be able motivate other members by saying I reached my goals under some of the most adverse conditions. Good luck all!

Just get a lock, they will think you are beating it.

Haha! I need one my dad has walked in on me like 10 times. I’ll just do it while taking a shower.
