so yesterday i was strectching after i had warmed up, and after i was done with my first 30 seconds, i noticed a swelling on the glans of my penis (the head) the whole head was not swollen but only the area around the urethral opening it was a small radius of swelling wtf, i stopped stretching and it went away.

WTF was that?

before doing my routine i had fapped for about 20-30 minutes too forever to ejactulate

soo maybe it was over worked?

and when can i move on to a new routine? i have been doing the newbie routine for about 3 months, and i have only gained about .2 length and no girth.

and which routine would u recommend im focusing mainly on length. thanks in advance

That sounds like a classic negative PI. I would take a days rest and not push it so hard until you build up to it.

Normal. Happened to me before. I freaked out. It went away lol. End of story. As long as it doesn’t stay that way, don’t worry about it. It usually goes away within about 10 minutes if you massage yourself. Making yourself hard also helps with it too as it refills the glans with blood.

Also, not too sure what fapping is, but if it’s masturbating, don’t do it before your routine. It’s not too good for you. If you’re going to do it, do it after your routine. Masturbating usually wears out the penis and causes it to retract and tighten. This can wear down the penis temporarily and make it less stretchy.
