Hey guys—

Just posted a 0.25 inch gain in NPBEL over the past three weeks or so. Started a new routine—built a hanger—and targeted the tunica. I feel bigger, erections are better and more frequent, and everything looks dandy.

However, I noticed that my BPEL hasn’t gone up in the same way. I’ve read a few accounts from people who say NPBEL gains precede BPEL gains. Is this true? Thoughts?

I would think they go hand in hand. Never heard of one without the other. Now I have heard that flaccid gains precede erect gains.

Maybe I am missing something but I don’t see how one can achieve erect growth in one way and not the other unless you either had an error in your initial measurements or you lost weight in your fat pad during that time.

Hey the only way that your NBPEL can increase without your BPEL increasing is if you lost some bodyfat thus shrinking your fat pad.

Hey deadmanwalkin. Did you by any chance start dieting or working out? This may explain the increase in your NBPEL without your BPEL increasing.

That could have been it—I don’t keep track of my diet that much but I haven’t been spending as much on food lately. I should say that I have had BPEL gains too, but not quite to the same extent (probably around .1 inches).

Either way, PI’s are good, so I’m optimistic gains are coming. What probably happened, I think, is I didn’t have a uniform-enough measuring system. Now I measure the same way every time.

I should be able to tell in 3 weeks or so how the BPEL is progressing. The upward stretch hanging (slinging the weights over a coat hanger) seem to be working great.
