Nothing but kegels
So I started doing a full PE routine for about a month, but as I now have a job and an 18 college credit load on my hands, I have found it near impossible to dedicate 45 to me time.
Lately I have been doing nothing but kegels in class whenever the thought crosses my mind, usually about 5 or 6 times a week.
Does this benefit me at all? If so, how might it improve any aspect of EQ or sexual health in general? I haven’t really noticed any changes, but it’s only been about 2 weeks of slacking on my PE.
