When I measure with a tailors tape I get 6 inches but I have a slight downward curve, when I measure with a straight tape measure it’s less than 6 inches, can you look at my pics when I put them up and tell me if I’m a true 6 inches or not I really hope I am as I am 6’4 tall and it looks tiny on me . I also have to be fully erect to get the 6 inches.

To get an accurate measurement you need to use a ruler placed on top of your penis.With Ruler pressed into your pubic bone.A tape measure will be inaccurate especially if you have a curve.

For bone pressed measurements I would favor a hard ruler, way more accurate.
But a ruler will lose me length due to the curve
Take both: the current and one fixing the curvature. A hard ruler will also make it easier to measure.
Let to use the tailor’s tape to measure girth and not bone pressed length.
Why not just measure your fat pad and then add that to the NBP tailor’s tape measurement?
