Noobie question

Is it alright if I warm up and stretch in the morning (without jelqing), but continue PE with a warm up and jelq at night (skipping the stretching since I did it in the morning)? Sometimes I find I don’t have enough time to do the entire newbie routine in one sitting. Is it alright if I split the routine like this?

I believe that is okay, but more experienced members should also have a say. :)

I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t be effective. Memento’s routine, for instance, consists of a morning and an evening session.

It should be fine although your giving your unit time to relax after the stress of stretching.

And if you are strapped for time you can do a manual warm up or cut your routine half and half.

Current Goal: 7BPEL/6.5NBPEL 5.75MEG.

It is fine to split up your routine throughout the day. There are plenty of people (including myself) that purposely do this for various reasons and a majority of us have found it to be very effective to do it this way.

Thanks guys, I’m sure ill be splitting my routine from time to time now that I know it’s okay.

I’ve considered this because at the moment it’s hard to do a full routine while trying to keep PE a secret.

It depends … You know all the dicks are different each other, if your results sucess keep doing it, if not it’s time to change it.


Your sucess is directly proportional to how bad you want something.
