No turkey neck no gains
Hello there, I have been watching these forums for some months now and I love the broad knowledge around here, however, there’s one thing that has always kept me from beginning to exercise.
It’s the turkey neck. It seems alot of people develop one during their training, and methods to remove it by stretching etc. Seem to always have failed.
So my question is: Is there anyone out here with significant gains while not developing a turkey neck at all? No hair on the shaft, nothing? What did you do to avoid it?
And if you did develop a turkey neck: Did any techniques succeed in decreasing it?
If my guess is true and avoiding the turkey neck is not possible, I will probably limit myself to stretches, because they do not seem to stretch the skin at all, while jelqing/similar techniques seems to be the main cause of the turkey neck.
I would greatly appreciate any reply.
