Hello there, I have been watching these forums for some months now and I love the broad knowledge around here, however, there’s one thing that has always kept me from beginning to exercise.
It’s the turkey neck. It seems alot of people develop one during their training, and methods to remove it by stretching etc. Seem to always have failed.

So my question is: Is there anyone out here with significant gains while not developing a turkey neck at all? No hair on the shaft, nothing? What did you do to avoid it?
And if you did develop a turkey neck: Did any techniques succeed in decreasing it?

If my guess is true and avoiding the turkey neck is not possible, I will probably limit myself to stretches, because they do not seem to stretch the skin at all, while jelqing/similar techniques seems to be the main cause of the turkey neck.
I would greatly appreciate any reply.

Methylp, the only thing I can say is that most of the people who get into PE have a fundamental understanding that bigger is better. There might be small consequences along the way, even small injuries, but the objective is to increase the size of your penis so that you can reap the benefit of the mutual sensation of robustness. I think you’ve got a bit of a skewed perspective about this turkey neck thing. I’ve been PE’ing for over five years and my skin may be a bit looser, but my cock looks good and it’s a world of difference from when I started PE.

Agreed. My dick is considerably bigger than when I started, and I think it’s still as handsome as ever. Maybe more so. :D The extra hair up the shaft just reminds me that I’ve gained almost 1 1/2 ” in length, and shaving a couple of times weekly takes care of that.

Not necessarily. Some people approach PE with wish for fast and huge gains with no care about penis aesthetics and some people are willing to take it slower to maintain their dick aesthetically appealing. Some people will do clamping marathons with high pressure every day and some people will do it few times a week for no more than 10-15 minutes per set under mild pressure. It’s individual, a matter of personal preference. I’m personally in the latter group.

Skin growth on my shaft is minimal and has been like that before I started PE. Believe it or not, I take care of it with tweezers and once I do, it does’t grow back for at least 2 weeks. I’ve also had very mild turkey neck since before starting PE. Neither of the two have changed the slightest bit even after gaining almost an inch in slightly less than three months.

I will also do everything within my power to prevent discoloration once I start clamping.

And I disagree with Luka, I can objectively say which penis is ugly and which penis looks good.

There are several threads I’ve read on this. Based on them, as part of my stretching, I incorporate some where I specifically stretch the skin to compensate. We’ll see, but it feels like it is working.

For sure a more conservative approach will minimize the unwanted side effects that PE can bring.

Hair on the shaft can be removed, and I have increase almost half in inch without that effect, but then again the 3 day of PE I noticed it in I just started strecthing my skin and the next day it was normal again.

antonio5429 Might I suggest measuring again, I’d find it hard to believe 1/2” in 3 day… just food for thought though.

Damn, I already have a pretty substantial turkey neck even before starting PE. I was hoping to find some directions on getting that minimized surgically through this PE process.
