Having limited time to jelq may force you into good jelqing habits. You will have to learn to maximize the quality of every individual jelq repetition. Try to fit those in through the day, with stretches as well as the newbie routine has. You can split the routine up if you need to. Maybe try two jelqing and two stretching sessions, of no more than 10 minutes each throughout the day if you can find that kind of time to use.
I tried to do it in the shower, but I must have a horrible grip or am otherwise handicapped and can’t get a nice grip.
I still live at home too, and the only solution I had for it was to stay up until everyone went to sleep. Or you could just set your alarm for around 4 or 5 in the morning, PE, then go back to bed. Not too bad a system once you get used to it.
