I have read some threads including the standard newbie routine. I’m wondering though, if one were to perform PE ‘stealthily’ in bed for example, would this be advised, since I won’t have had a chance to warm up properly and by all accounts heat is one of the most important tools to be used pre-PE.

My question is, how do you guys do jelqing when you have limited opportunities and choose to do some in bed with a partner next to you asleep? I know when I wake, it’s very warm under the covers, especially in the groin area, so is this enough heat to just stretch/jelq away?

Also, people do stretches when they urinate - is that safe, bearing in mind that again, you won’t have warmed up?

I’m doing the ‘revised’ newbie routine by the way, so I can take it slowly jelqing wise, and will add stretches in a week or so, so the ‘piss pulls’ question will be quite relevant to me!

My wife is a pretty sound sleeper. I usually wake before her, so I can stretch in bed. I can even do my ULIs. I also do bed fowfers when I go to sleep. When I jelq, I usually do them in the shower in the morning.

Why do you HAVE to do it in bed? Why not do it once your wife falls asleep say in the bathroom or something?

Where did you read people stretch their penis while urinating? I sure as hell don’t want to be covered in urine after a PE session and have flies come and ‘attack’ me.

Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Although it is much better to warm up properly (as you can tell from my sig, I am the great proponent of the warm-up), jelqing will actually cause a warming up effect just through tissue movement, and increase pliability. Do your first couple of minutes jelqing fairly gently and count it as a basic warm up, before starting your ‘proper’ jelq session.

If you really can’t fit in a proper warm up and are stretching and jelqing in the same session (such as doing the Newbie Routine), do the jelqing first to increase the flexibility of the penis before stretching. However, if you can do a proper warm up, I would do the stretching first.

There is no problem with piss-pulls. You should not be pulling hard; they are just to gently stretch out the tissues between ‘proper’ sessions. They are more an aid to PE rather than an actual PE exercise. They are also useful when on holiday etc., to help hang onto unconsolidated gains.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
