I’ve been PE for about a week to 10 days , I’m in good shape with strong libido and always get high EQ for sex , but I never have night or morning wood . Does anyone know why , this was the case since my early 20s I m now in the mid 30s

There could be many reasons for the loss of morning wood. Here’s a link to give some possible reasons:No Morning Wood? If so, this may be the culprit. Otherwise, this site I linked you to will give you other answers to what it might be.

The other reason is you may be too stressed out. Do you get enough sleep? (7.5 hours minimum) If you do get enough sleep do you wake up a lot throughout the night? Do you take a leak in the middle of the night? (Sometimes when I pee in the middle of the night, I don’t get my morning wood) So basically if you have resolved the above questions then you should be back on track if not then I’m not sure. Hope this helps!

You may just sleep through it. If your waking EQ is normal, it’s pretty much a moot point, unless you plan to have your girl jump on you while you’re out and your pole is up.

That’s a good point.

You could always check by tying something like a string or piece of paper around your dick (something that will easily break when you get hard).

It will hopefully be broken when you wake up.

My adventures in PE:Damnit

I haven’t had it for years until about a month ago after I’ve been on CPAP for about 2 months. I weigh about 186 pounds and rarely, if ever, snore. It wasn’t until I decided to have a sleep study done that they found I was having partial obstructions or RERAs which were causing me to wake up (unbeknownst to me) about fifteen times an hour. Now with CPAP I dream every night and get morning/nighttime wood. You can try putting something behind your back so that you stay on your side and see if that makes a difference. You might also consider having your estradiol levels checked to see if they’re in range.

Probably nutrition and hormone related - Try ACL, it gave me the best morning woods that I had lost for more than 10 yrs. Check you DHEA level.

I didn’t start getting night / morning wood until nearly a year of PE, but I did have other good PIs. Maybe just give it time and don’t worry about it if your other PIs are good.

I just bought some of this today from Walmart, but it’s the only ALCAR they had.

I also don’t wake up with morning wood, and haven’t for a few years. I do on occasion but only like once a week, and they aren’t usually strong. It’s not from PE since I had taken 8-9 months off because I hadn’t seen any gains and just stopped during that period and my erections didn’t improve. I think it may be sleep related and my sleeping sucks. I’ve been on CPAP for almost a year for very mild sleep apnea (7.2 AHI in REM sleep) and it hasn’t helped any. I think the issue is a deviated septum and nasal turbinate hypertrophy making my breathing very shallow, especially during sleep, so I’m not getting enough oxygen, and sleeping bad, thus weak erections. I’m supposed to have surgery on my nose next month to fix both issues, so hopefully that will help, but until now, I’ll try this stuff I picked up.
