No More Gains

Hi, I have been doing PE for 6 months now, my starting starts. (BPEL) -7 inches (meg)- 4.5”.

Current stats (BPEL)-7.25
(Meg)- varying from 5” to 4.875”

I have been clamping 3 sets for 10 mins. 5 days on, 2 days off. It’s been 2 months with out any gains. I’m not sure what I can do to keep this kind of momentum going. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey Andy thanks for the response. What would be considered a different kind of PE? I am thinking more about the de conditioning break as the next step, just worried I will lose what progress I have all ready gained.

It seems to work either way on losing gains - some men continue to gain during the break, some lose a small amount, but regain it quickly when they resume. Nothing to worry about either way.

Hanging, extending, or pumping would be examples of other types of PE.
