No luck with girth!
I haven’t gained anything on girth since I have been here. Jelqing hasn’t helped, clamping, nothing. In fact I think I lost some girth. I clamp for three ten minute sessions. I have been strecthing for 10 minutes on average and jelq for about 20-25 minutes. I have been doing thunders for 2.5 years. I feel like I’m wasting my time. Any advice?
