No luck with girth!

I haven’t gained anything on girth since I have been here. Jelqing hasn’t helped, clamping, nothing. In fact I think I lost some girth. I clamp for three ten minute sessions. I have been strecthing for 10 minutes on average and jelq for about 20-25 minutes. I have been doing thunders for 2.5 years. I feel like I’m wasting my time. Any advice?

You have been doing PE for 2.5 years and no gains? I guess that simply means you have not been able to provide enough stress on your tissues to force them to change.

I have been PEing for about 6 months. 3 months of which have been dedicated solely on girth. I tried jelqing 1 on 1 off. Then I tried more intensive jelqing. Then I added clamping. Then I added tunica tugs. Then I added O-Bends. Currently I’m doing about 50 minutes of clamping with intense bends, 10 minutes of jelqs, 5 minutes of tunica tugs and o-bends each day for the past 2 months. Trust me, the clamping is very intensive. I usually get red dots all over my unit. Yet, I have gained nothing. I don’t mean to hi-jack the thread but just am merely stating a similair problem. The only time I have ever gained girth was last week. I took 5 days off from PE. On the 3rd day I did shrooms for the first time and several hours after the trip ended I checked out my dick in the shower. I couldnt get a 100% erection but the 70% erection I got was a good .35 inches thicker than I’ve ever had. I was soo happy. Later that night I checked it out again to make sure and it was indeed much bigger. It felt completely different. I was so happy. The next day it still seemed nearly as big. But then the 5th day it was as skinny as it used to be but was .25 inches longer. I don’t know whats wrong. I don’t really need length and all I care about is girth. Should I just quit PE? Any advice?

Keep in mind some guys girth is actually greater at slightly less than 100% erect. I used to jelq and get red dots and all that stuff but lately I have done some Uli type work which was way more intense, got some slight quick gains, and I did not experience the red dots.

Zap how often are you doing your PE routines?

If you’re doing all of that in 1 day, that’s way too much stress on the penis I think. You need to set up a routine

a) Yes, i understand some people are thicker at 70%. I am not. Except for on this day when it was huge.

b) It is a lot. But I did not gain from a less extensive program either.

I never heard of an exercise called thunders, really.

Anyway, try focusing only on girth for six months. Then, restart girth work, but nothing too much aggressive. Jelqs and pumping (at low pressure), in example.

3 Months of just jelqing and stretch. Then the next 2 Months of just jelqing, stretching, and clamping. I would jelq for about 7-15 minutes and clamp 2 to 3 times at 8-10 minute intervals.

Maybe you should had tried augmenting the number of jelqs, cutting on stretches, instead than jumping on clamping. No proofs that this had worked, of course, but the faster you jump on high intensity techniques, the faster your tissues become harder.

I really feal as though it is impossible for my dick to gain in girth although its the only thing I want. Perhaps taking a 3 week decon and starting again with the begginer’s routine or perhaps just o-bends and jelqing at 10-20% every other day?

I have gained a little over .5 inch in length. That’s it.

Lately I have been doing PE routines about 4 days on 1 day off. I warm up for 5-10 minutes, stretch for 10-15 minutes. My stretches inclues up, down, sideways, BTC, and V stretches. I then Jelq for 20-25 minutes. Then warm down. On alternate days I started back at clamping. When I was clamping about a year ago I noticed it was thicker during the clamping sessions. It’s just frustrating to see everyone else gain and me work my but off and get practically no where.

A decon break is a good idea IMHO; many agree that a decon-break should last at least 4 weeks.

About o-bends, I’m not really a fan of those - not so clear how they should work. Of course I have no granted pathway to provide, but in your pants I’d try something new: maybe pumping + dry-jelqs?

You could be over training. I would try and “start over”. I used to get all involved in lengthy routines and clamps etc etc and have since learned that doing the bare minimum is what makes me hang best. I’ve done jelq sessions for an hour or more but now I know that about 50 strokes with maybe a squeeze or two is more than enough.
