No LOT

I have been following the newbie routine now for 3 months and have seen slight gains in girth and length.
Been lurking here.
I was just wondering what are the effects of not having a LOT.
I get hard tug back at all angles.

I am not completely alone being of the opinion that LOT theory has no bearing on how one gains or doesn’t gain, therefore having no LOT or a lot of LOT makes no difference to your ability to gain.

I think most of my gains have come from manual stretching almost .5 in length
I think I am fortunate because during a stretch I only feel the skin on the sides of my penis stretching I think the skin would be easier to stretch then the ligs in my penis.

I’m not a proponent of the LOT theory either, but are you saying that if you pull your penis straight down and kegel that you still have visual tugback?

I believe a key point of determining LOT is a visual retraction, not just a feeling of retraction. It will always feel the same on the contraction, it’s the visual shortening that is the indicator.

If you really have visual retraction at the 6 o’clock angle, then you indeed have no lot, but it should not prevent you from gains. LOT is nothing more than a debated and discussed theory, and it applies mainly to hanging and how to target angles effectively for gains. I still think manual stretching should be done at all angles, regardless of LOT.

I have seen a definite flaccid length gain of .5 but it equals to only a small gain when I have an erection.
I’m addicted to this now I’m the kind of guy that starts on some thing I don’t give up.
The LOT theory had me worried.
My start stats were 5’.25 when erect now I am just over that my girth at the base is 5’ and mid shaft is just over 4’ I am now a little above that as well.
I have a weird shaped dick it has a fat width but sort of triangles down to give me a small girth.
I can’t wait to start clamping I am going to give myself another 2 months on the newbie routine before I start.
PE should be taught to every male my erection quality is 300% better since jelqing.

If you thought about PE exercises as water in a survival situation, the newbie routine is fresh clear cold glass of water from the fridge (a simple effective routine), while “advanced” exercises like clamping are the muddy water scooped from a puddle around back and while it is more likely to make you sick (injury), it will keep you alive (gaining).

The point is, don’t drink the brown water until you have to!

A lot of people disregard LOT now. I personally think it makes sense and I feel a better stretch in my legs when I stretch using my LOT.

Maybe you are not stretching your dick out far enough/hard enough? Regardless if you use the LOT theory or not you will gain a lot if you stretch as often as you can.

Once the newbie routine stops working I will wind it up a notch.

I have been wearing a loose fitting cock ring to get my penis use to clamping.

The last thing I want is to end up in the my dick doesn’t work thread that’s if there is one of those.
