Ok, I don’t want to be the annoying newb here, but I’ve been posting in the newbie forum,. Anyway what I mean is I don’t want to bombard this forum wit h ten new threads. But I’ve been reading a lot on these forums doing a lot of searches. Read over Bib’s LOT theory a bunch of times. My LOT is 6:00. I’m a stark beginner at PE.

My measurements are:
2” NBPFL
4” BPFL
6.5 BPSFL (bone pressed stretched flaccid length)
5.25” BPEL

As I stated in a few of my previous posts. Flaccid and Erect Length are my two main goals. So I understand I’m gonna have to focus on high angle stretching and eventually hanging. Focusing on tunica stretching (I’m about to do a forum search on tunica stretching and read over all the threads in the search results in the next few weeks). I know there is some hope, it’s gonna take a lot of time, hard work, patience, persistence etc. However I find it a bit discouraging to already have a low LOT and a very small penis as a beginner.

Anyway one quick question about ADS? Is it even worth it with a low LOT to use an ADS will it still be of some benefit? Thanks. Time to start searching for threads on low LOTs and tunica stretching and figure out my routine.

discouraged before I even start” …then you’ve already lost before you’ve begun to fight. Shake the attitude. Remind yourself that LOT is a theory, and decide that it does NOT apply to you at this moment in time. Decide it, and believe it with all your heart. Remind yourself that you could have easily made a mistake checking your LOT, and blow it off as unimportant to you and your gains at this moment in time. KNOW that the newbie routine will give you gains, just like it has for everyone else. Know it, then just start doing it while knowing the gains will come.

He's not always to be taken literally.

There is a lot of argument pro-con LOT theory, but one thing is for sure - high LOT may account for quicker initial gains, but not indefinitely. ADS, stretching, hanging - all and everything is useful regardless of LOT (OK, flame on!). I think it can be argued that ADS is especially useful if you have a low LOT, since I am of the belief that SPS stretching makes sense.

Hey all thanks. I’ve already done, some reading, read a lot from ModestoMan, (I will click on that link after I finish this reply). I read through several threads, I get. LOT is a theory some agree with it some don’t, some agree with only parts etc. And the main thing for a newb is to stick to the newbie routine for several months and not to worry about the LOT theory. Since the OCD part of me will have the LOT in the back of my head, I think I’m gonna do like a 2:1 ratio in terms of stretching angles. I will still to low angle stretches to hit the ligs, but maybe do a larger portion of tunica high angle stretches, I’m gonna get some of montys weights, cause using an ADS just makes a lot of sense as far as flaccid gains. Thank you guys for ur patience and words of encouragement.

I should search before I post in the future, cause I answered my own questions in this post after doing some forum searches.

Don’t hate on the floppys! I actually have one of those USB keys, so I should probably start using that to save my PE related info. But I’m old school, I still listen to audio cassettes occasionally :)

But are they really floppy floppys? The good old 5 inch black thin ones?

Nope there not floppy floppys. There hard drive floppys. Not the Apple II GS style floppys.

Also I’m intrigued by the SPS stuff, have to read those links later on that you posted.

Forget the LOT theory. Best advice I can give you.

I’m with everyone here who said “Forget the LOT theory”. Have you ever noticed that people got different gains in girth and in length even they use a unique routine. I never pay much attention on that, I do PE by listening to my body (not overdoing it, safe routine, my comfortable condition and something like this) and I also believe that one day very soon :) I will reach my goal. Going back to my first thread here, I said I got 4” erection penis, now MAN! A big thank to ThundersPlace, it is getting bigger and longer.

Good luck with that, be happy and take a lot courages to fight that weakness, everyone here is cool and reliable and I believe they are here to cheer you up.

Hey mgus, I PMed you but this is just incase, I’m interested in SPS, but I still don’t completely understand it , I looked through the links you posted anddid a search on SPS

DaBoogies, thanks for the words of encouragement, those are some great gains, my starting stats are close to yours so that instills some confidence in me. Also, mgus, sorry I keep bothering you man. I reread the threads in your response to me and I think I am gonna get the Auto-EXT.

Everyone here did the same to me, they helped me alot. To me, it’s never too late to start PEing with a 4” EL penis that is why I’m sticking with PE with my dream of 6.75 ELNBP penis :D

Static Progressive Stretch means that you stretch to a given lenght and then don’t change the length. The tissue subjected to the force will stretch a little in response, and thus the force is lessened, the stress decreases. For some reason this seems to be more time-effective than Dynamic Splint, in which you hold a constant force, for instance by hanging, golf weights or a springloaded ADS. I’ve mulled this over a lot, and it seems to make sense in my mind. Also, mbuc is having better results with his static SuckXtender than I am with my dynamic LegXtender (you’ve read the SuckXtender thread?).

An ADS can be either dynamic or static - depends on if it is springladed/elastic/golfweight or if it has an adjustable fixed length. ADS is the equipment, SPS and Dynamic Splint are the methods.

SPS in manual stretching would be as per those two links; there are probably other feasible variations, but the main objective is to grab, stretch and hold the position without changing the elongation. I like to do that in the bathtub (real hot) - bend one leg up, grab the head from around the outside of the leg, pull it around the buttock/thigh and then let my leg slide downwards. When I find the appropriate pull, I try to fix my foot with the other foot so that it won’t slide when I relax and then just hold until my hand fatigues.

Fowfers / Bed tucks would be SPS-stretches if one could hold them absolutely still, but I get the impression that one really needs to elongate past the elastic phase of tissue (again, read the entire thread above!) in order to get any results. Why fowfers / bed tucks work with the flaccid is probably that you fatigue and permanently distort the elastic properties of the elastin in the tunica - Modestoman has talked about this - so that the entire tunica hangs loose even when it is not expanded by full blood pressure.
