Greetings everybody,

This is my first post here and this really is a great place.

I have been on and off PE for about 4 years now, so I am not totally newbie to the “literature”. However my exercises have been far from continuous; I did it for 1 month than laid off 5 months, become determined again, did it for 2 months, got bored and laid off for 9 months etc..

Since September 2005, I have decided to put in the determination and time and actually do PE as a part of my life. I am happy with my dedication so far; I have been on for approx. 6 months and I am working primarily on my length.

I am 23 years old; my BPEL is slightly longer than 6 inches (6.1 - 6.2) and my erect girth is slightly under 5 inches. As I said, I want to increase my erect length. My routine is

- 5 minutes warm towel warmup
- 5-way strech (forward, sides, front, back) each for 20 seconds x 2
- V and inversed V streches for my tunica 20 seconds x 10
- Max-tender on highest possible tension for 50 minutes, 10 minutes off. A total of 3 hours.

I do this routine as 3 day on, 1 day off scheme.

However I haven’t got any changes in my length so far. I would appreciate any suggestion on this routine (or an alternative one) that can make a difference. I will focus on girth after I reach my target length.

My first post too, although this forum have been almost as a home page to me from some months.

Every time I urged to post a question, somebody seemed to read my thoughts and asked the veterans what I needed to know. Thus, in fact I never needed to post. Besides, there’s plenty of reading material for the initial approach on PE.

But, since you got no reply, I realized it was time to try and help some other guy, for a change.

There’s no jelq in your routine. Why? I haven’t a vast experience to tell, but I think it should be inserted among other techniques. For some people, jelq is the main thing.

As you focus on lenght, a low erection level should be maintained when milking.

And don’t forget to try the dry jelq.

Good luck

Stretch more than 30 minutes and start jelqing at a low erection level. When this doesn’t work consider hanging.

As someone else said: If something doesn’t work (eg. stretching) add in/do something else since probably some part of your penis that your stretching is not hitting on could be the restricting factor for length.
Besides jelqing (wet or dry, whatever is your preference) is generally a good thing to do for penile health and you wanna keep your penis in its healthiest state while exercising, thus do jelq :)

I thought girth work stops length gains. That is why I refrain from any girth-related exercises like jelqing. So, I was thinking about doing jelqs, as a part of my girth routine, after I have reached my target length.

I think it’s the common consensus here on TP that a) jelqing is increasing your girth no matter what.. b) the grade of erection is changing the ratio of length : girth gains, i.e. around 20-30% erection you are getting way more length than girth.. and about a 70% erection you are getting more girth than length.
IMO it’s just working your dick, no matter what you do, and if I can get a much healthier dick by jelqing (even if only a little) I wouldn’t mind the little extra girth I’d get if I’m going to meet my goal someday (8.5”x6”) ;)

P.E takes time at least about six months. You might want to try Sadsak method. I don’t know newbies are recommended to do Sadsak. Good luck.

I’m pretty sure the Sadsak method is strictly for girth. Please correct me if I’m wrong because I have been using it and girth is my goal.

Sadsak is advanced, newbies aren’t recommended to do them.

Well I am not expecting any change, since I have been doing it for only one month. Yet, I am doing the jelqing and squeezing routine to condition my unit upto handle clamping. When I reach 300 jelqs, I will then continue with clamping. I have also ordered a hanger, since no other option (extender, manual exercises) has given me length gains. Perhaps what I need is longer-term, intense base streches.

Many of those exercises you mentioned are for girth. Is that what you are aiming for?

If you are looking for some intense stretches, try the three I listed in this post:
remek - PE eBook

They are in the middle of the post if you strictly want to look at those. However, I recommend reading it all. Especially focus on the JAI stretches, right now. They are very very helpful.

Oh, sorry remek. No, jelqing did not provide any gains. I mean it looks bulgy for a couple of hours after jelqing, but no long term gains. I will check the exercises you mentioned. Thanks a lot.

When you get your hanger, try hanging for an hour in the morning followed by ads for 4-8 hours, then take two whole days completely off and repeat. I just grew 0,8cm in 17days. Check my log.
