No length gains.
This is my first post here and this really is a great place.
I have been on and off PE for about 4 years now, so I am not totally newbie to the “literature”. However my exercises have been far from continuous; I did it for 1 month than laid off 5 months, become determined again, did it for 2 months, got bored and laid off for 9 months etc..
Since September 2005, I have decided to put in the determination and time and actually do PE as a part of my life. I am happy with my dedication so far; I have been on for approx. 6 months and I am working primarily on my length.
I am 23 years old; my BPEL is slightly longer than 6 inches (6.1 - 6.2) and my erect girth is slightly under 5 inches. As I said, I want to increase my erect length. My routine is
- 5 minutes warm towel warmup
- 5-way strech (forward, sides, front, back) each for 20 seconds x 2
- V and inversed V streches for my tunica 20 seconds x 10
- Max-tender on highest possible tension for 50 minutes, 10 minutes off. A total of 3 hours.
I do this routine as 3 day on, 1 day off scheme.
However I haven’t got any changes in my length so far. I would appreciate any suggestion on this routine (or an alternative one) that can make a difference. I will focus on girth after I reach my target length.
