I think it’s time for you to step it up a notch BobiTurboto. You have been at this long enough now and it’s time to up the load time and intensity. I strongly suggest that you choose wether you are length focused or girth focused for now. It would probrably be wiser to focus on your length goal first and if you do that either increase your manual stretching time or start looking into hanging. Instead of doing all of your PE work at one time try spreading it out through out the day. Getting multiple sessions of tension on your penis through out the day in my opinion will keep the tissues of the penis in a steady CREEP phase which will later leed to accumilated deformation. Also look into wearing an ADS in between sessions through out the day to keep the tissues from remodeling in a turtled or retracted state.
