No growth since November

Hi.My penis stopped growing and I am starting to feel little depressed.The last recorded gain was in the beginning of November and there is no change since than.My program:

10 min warm up, 3x40 sec stretches in 7 directions, 10 min warm up, 15 min low erection wet jelqs, 5 min squeezes, 10 min high erection dry jelqs, 5 min warm up (if I have the chance). 2 days on 1 day rest.

No change in girth ever recorded.

There were some length gains but they stopped.What should I do?Remove the girth exercises and concentrate on length?My goal is 17cm length NBP and 13cm girth.I am now around 15cm NBP and 12cm in the middle (11 near the head :( ).I really need girth but there are no gains coming.Should I replace them with length exercises and when I reach my goal make an entirely girth orientated program?

Try doing 20minutes of A/V Stretches after 10-15minutes wet jelqing straight out. I’d focus on either length or girth at the same time. I do both because my EQ generally stays good no matter what but you may be different.

Do you suggest to replace the squeezes and the dry jelqs with A/V Stretches?If not I have troubles in having a program longer than hour and 10-20 minutes.And could you give me the thread where the A/V stretches are explained because I cant find it.

It seems to me, that you need a bit more intensity at your routine. Your penis has adapted to that level of exercise.

Increase the time of stretches to 2 mins per stretch if you can.

Completely stop the high erection jelqs, too advanced for you, you don’t need to stress your unit this much from now. Stick with low-moderate erection jelqs, never jelq if more than 70% erect, and go slowly, you should not feel pain.

I noticed rapid early growth since beginning PE in December. I recently began to clamp and my girth grew also, but my length gains stopped. For me, I have to focus on length gains first, even though I really enjoyed clamping. Also as Axhrstos says, you need to up the intensity.

My penis gets stretched to it`s physical limit for half an hour a day in a stretcher that I designed and then I do manual stretches and I then cling-wrap it to stay stretched for the rest of the day.

I find that penises react differently and that you need to find the right type of stress and duration that will benefit you. Once I realised that clamping was limiting my length gains I dropped them so that I could get the length I wanted. Only your discipline and dedication will get you results. There are no quick fixes or short cuts.

I wouldn’t take away any of your exercises, sounds like your penis is getting used to your routine. You should pull much harder in your stretches now and look for some more intense girth exercises.

Maybe look into pumping and then clamping? You’ve been practicing PE for quite a while so your penis should be tough enough.

Pumping is impossible because I don’t live alone.Clamping stops length gains and I still need an inch there.

So I have decided to go with the newbie program:

5 minutes hot wrap
3x60 sec stretches in 7 directions
20 minutes of normal jelq
5 minutes hot wrap

Opinions?

Its around 1 hour long like that.I will increase the stretches gradually to 90 sec each and the jelqs to 30 minutes.More than that and it becomes too long.I don’t have the privacy for a longer program.
If no gains in 2 months period I will probably cut the jelqs down to 20min and add some A/V stretches.If no gains after that I will probably end my life…

I’m asking those who stress the importance of heat for PE workout (I’m not one of them). The usual approach is warm in - workout - cool down.
The poster’s routine starts and ends with warming. What is your opinion about ending the routine: warming, or cooling your unit? Can’t be both correct!

P.S. I expect someone to say I’m also correct :)

Bobi, clamping doesn’t stop length gains at least for me.. Just stretch more,add hanging

I agree 100%

You can also consider other option such: hanging, Ads, stretcher, pumping etc.

Maybe you should focus on length first? Take some decon break, then start using ADS - such devise can also solve your privacy issue.

I got some problem as you: no significant girth gains from basic girth exercises. So I switch strategy for maximizing EL. I’m working only with stretcher for more than a year with pretty decent length gains.

I noticed most of my length gains while clamping. Clamping will not give you length but it won’t stop you from gaining either.

I think his whole statement means that he was doing something else for length, but the clamping itself didn’t hinder his length gains.
