No gains from PE Need help from experts.
Hello guys. I started doing PE for 2 years now but only 3-4 months was my total PE exercises. I haven’t gain since that time. I am 27 years old and I take medications for depression for 3 years now. I am also a heavy smoker. My erect bone pressed length is 6.5 inches and my middle girth is 5.2 inches. I recently started a routine with 2 days on 2 days off.
My routine is :
1. At day I start with stretching in all positions for 12 seconds each rep for about 15 minutes.
2.after that I do hanging with 1.1 pound weight for about 1 and half hour with breaks to check circulation
3. At night I warm up with heating pad for 20 minutes and after I do 50 jelqs 20 v jelqs and 20 slow squash jelqs using olive oil. When I finish I wear a cock ring and I warm down for 20 minutes again using heating pad. I sleep with the cock ring witch is not tight by any means just enough to keep my dick from shrinking.
Is this a bad beginner routine ?I am I doing something wrong ? Please help me . Thank you!
