Hello guys. I started doing PE for 2 years now but only 3-4 months was my total PE exercises. I haven’t gain since that time. I am 27 years old and I take medications for depression for 3 years now. I am also a heavy smoker. My erect bone pressed length is 6.5 inches and my middle girth is 5.2 inches. I recently started a routine with 2 days on 2 days off.
My routine is :
1. At day I start with stretching in all positions for 12 seconds each rep for about 15 minutes.
2.after that I do hanging with 1.1 pound weight for about 1 and half hour with breaks to check circulation
3. At night I warm up with heating pad for 20 minutes and after I do 50 jelqs 20 v jelqs and 20 slow squash jelqs using olive oil. When I finish I wear a cock ring and I warm down for 20 minutes again using heating pad. I sleep with the cock ring witch is not tight by any means just enough to keep my dick from shrinking.

Is this a bad beginner routine ?I am I doing something wrong ? Please help me . Thank you!

I recommend the linear newbie routine as a good place to start. Reset and go from there.

Sounds like your problem is consistency if I understood the first sentence.

Agreed. When anything fails it’s a good idea to go back to basics. Keep it simple and try the beginners routine! The way you do it sounds like you have tried a lot of different things over the years and have settled for “a bit of everything”.

I have sympathy for the situation you’re in and it sucks to have to use any kind of medication for long periods of time. You can’t change that on short term, but you might change your PE-routine.

If I may be blunt, how much do you exercise? The amount of time you sink into PE could easily be used by being active, and that would have a massive positive impact on your life.

The other elephant in the room is your smoking. From experience I know that 99% of people believe that smoking is mainly damaging for your lungs, while in fact the blood vessels suffer most. Considering how much lung damage is done by smoking you can imagine how hard blood vessels have it. Your penis needs those blood vessels to be in better shape, so give it that chance!

Thank you all guys for your replies. I just stopped because I was doing PE 5 days a week and my erection quality was getting worst and worst. From my experience my penis cannot take too much of exercises , thats why I decided is better to do 2 days on and 2 days off. Also the beginner routines that you suggested is 2 days on 1 day off with 200 jelqs every day. I think is too much for my dick. My penis get hard flaccid and I have very bad EQ when I do more than 2 days of PE in a row. Also I need 2 to 3 days to recover after 2 days of PE. I masturbate 1 time every week by the way

I know that slow squash jelqs and hanging are more advanced exercises. Maybe I should stop doing them in the beginning until my dick is more conditioned?

Yep, follow the beginner routine as best you can rest when you need to everyone’s body is different. Jelqs should help with EQ if your EQ is worse from Jelqing you may not be doing them correctly or there could be other problems not PE related.

I would try 1 on 1 off jelq only routine with 5-10 minute sessions. My body also can’t handle too many days in a row or really any kind of stretching so I know how it is. I first did PE in 2002 and the main reason I quit was because the 2 on 1 off routine I was doing involved alot of stretching and 15 minutes of jelqing which was way too much for me and killed my EQ. You might even try a 1 on 2 off routine which might be necessary if that’s how your body is.

I will say this. When I started PE I was doing the newbie routine. Took me two weeks before I injure myself. The guys are right. Start with the linear. Continue with the newbie.Adjust properly.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
