At what point do you start to lose gains after stopping PE

I think one of the major questions that alot of people ask is whether gains from PE are permanent or not but based on what I have read it seems that PE gains actually aren’t permanent and you start to lose gains at some point in time if you have stopped. How soon do you start to see a loss and how much does a person usually lose after stopping PE?

Most people who have been serious with their PE will usually continue some form of maintenance to prevent any loss of size.

I really think it depends on the person, and possibly how quickly their gains came, for instance someone who got gradually bigger over a long period of time might be more likely to keep gains (or at least lose them slower) than someone who got very quick gains.

Why would someone stop PE? Sheesh.

I haven’t actively PE’d since Feb. I still have my gains. Maybe a 16th of length, but a few days of stretches will bring that back. It is just lig tighness. Or maybe even the 10lbs I gained since Feb.

On the other hand I can’t imagine ever stopping pe permanently. Good for EQ, etc etc.

Well I would assume that once you have met you target goal then one would stop PE, don’t want to get too big now do you?

For me it is a matter of days I start losing a very slight bit of size which really is not much but when you obsess about your penis you notice. You can go beyond your goal and when you lose some you will still be at your ideal size or you can get to your goal and then slowly back off the amount of hours you put into PE until you have just enough to maintain what you have. You are probably always going to want to do some jelqs and kegels though because your erection will never be as hard and big without them.

PE Goal: 7.5" NBP x 5.8" MSG

I find if I don’t keep up some light PE I can lose gains, especially flaccid. Since I stopped PE a few months ago I reckon I lost 0.3” BPEL, but there may be other factors. But withing a few days of starting up again I reckon I have all that back.

Start- Some time in 2004.. 6" BPEL, 4.5" Mid-EG (Really lazy at PE)

Current.. 7.8" BPEL, 5.7" Mid-EG

Goal(Time to get serious).. 8" BPEL, 6" Mid-EG

PE is about getting a bigger dick as well as improving it’s function. You will need to do a maintenance routine to keep it in top condition (newbie routine once a week), and doing that as well as simply doing some circle stretches and light jelqs whenever you take a piss should be plenty to maintain most all of your gains. This would take probably 1.5 hrs a week, a small price to pay IMO.

Regardless of whether you do PE, many men and women you will lose some size in their genitalia due to changes in fat pad, changes in hormonal levels, changes in EQ and probably due to disuse atrophy. Just like muscle, perhaps somewhat less pronounced. If PE can reverse this or improve beyond previous maximum size/EQ, etc., then I don’t see why anybody would care about spending a few hours/week exercising their unit.

Currently: BPEL-8" NBPEL-7.25" Girth-6.25" (base)/6.125" (MSG)/6.125" (glans)

Most people who are passionate about PE simply continue doing it in one form or another forever. You can jelq and stretch in the shower once daily and maintain your gains, or even continue to gain… If you quit, you really can’t complain…


Stopping PE should cause some gains to diminish but not all. A light maintainence routine should help keep your gains.
