Nitemorning wood question

I am currently in my fourth week of PE, doing the newbie routine (2 on 1 off) and have not had good morning wood in about two weeks. My first couple weeks in I got tremendous morning wood and at the time was not even aware of PI’s and thought nothing of it. Lately have been waking up with a semi erect very full hang. From what I have read nite/morning wood is important to grow and cement gains. Been having all positive PI’s, EQ has been very good since I started PE. (EQ before PE was good so it did not change much for the better) Also I have gained 1/4” in length and slight gain in girth since my start!

I am wondering since I am waking up with a full (not raging hard) penis should I continue with my routine, monitoring PI’s until growth stops (at which point I would up my routine as I have read). Or take a break assuming I am over training and see in a few weeks if nite/morning wood increases. I want to get the most out of my PE and absolutely DO NOT want to take a break unless I need to. Could I possibly be under training?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My first guess is that you are using too much force. Take about a 3 day break and start again using a little more moderation.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

So I started back on Monday with a less time/force routine. Cut jelq time in half from 10min to 5 min, kept manual stretches at 5 min. So Tuesday morning no wood. Did same routine Tues, had sex Tues night. Wednesday morning rock hard. Day off Wednesday, sex that night also. Thursday morning no wood. Thursday same routine, no sex last night. This morning no wood. To me it seems I am under training? All PI’s still good and EQ has not changed. (Still excellent hardness)

Friday kept with the 5 min jelq/stretch but with a little more intensity. Could really feel afterwards I got a good workout. About mid morning and that night brought myself to full erection for about 15 minutes each to keep the blood flowing. (Did workout around noon) No sex Friday night. Woke up this morning with wood so hard it hurt! Think I might be on to something. 😃

Saturday was my off day. Sundays workout upped jelq time from 5 to 7 minutes with a moderate grip. Kept manual stretch time at 5 minutes. Always get warm up before stretches, another before jelqing and a good warm down with kegels to finish. Felt like I got a great workout. PI’s were good all evening. Nice hang afterwards. No sex last night, woke up this morning with no wood. Not even semi erect!? 😫 Anyone have any advice for me? Or am I over reacting about getting such random wood.

Same workout Monday, no sex that night and same results this morning. Woke up a couple times throughout the night and didn’t notice having wood either.

Yesterday was my day off and full hang was the best I have ever seen. Dick felt very heavy all day long. Woke up last night a couple times to an erection but by morning it was a very full hang. Been that way all day so far. Going to continue with 7 min jelq time for today’s routine.
