Requirements:

MP3 player or CD player
P2P program

~ What you do is look for an audio file of women having orgasms or sex sounds. Transfer to you MP3 player or burn to a CD and when you are going flaccid while jelqing, listen to it. I swear my problem turned Upside down, with me listening to it, I had a constant hard on, stayed between 80-100% erection, more so on the higher #s. So if you need every bit of edge to perform the exercises properly, this is a good method. Look for jenna jameson sounds, she sounds good.

RTG and I have a different approach.

We download the sound FX of lightsabers clashing. That usually keeps us hard for a day or so.

I didn’t say I jelq at that hard of an erection, I’m just saying that instead of having problems reaching to 80% now it’s turned to having problems going down to 80%, get it? I ain’t dumb enough to do full erect jelq, I actually read and did some research before starting a program, I have goals too, never over do it.

BTW, lets not go off topic, that was a very weird thing about the lightsabers effects :D whatever works for you dude.

1. You didn’t say what erection level you jelqed at. RTG said what I was going to say when he told you not to jelq at 100%. It is better to be safe than sorry.

I’m 22, and I gained it in 8 months. I joined here in November, but I started in August/September.

I’m not doing anything completely out of the ordinary. My gains come from several factors. I’m precise with my exercises, I’m continually shocking my penis (not with electricity) into growing, and I adapted my routine the moment I felt I could withstand some more. Nutrition played a role towards the end, and I’m currently doing an experiment that might help future PEers with their gains. You have to realize one simple thing, even if you do everything exactly the way I do it, you might not get gains like mine. I was really lucky, but I did work my ass off for them. If I could, I would make it to where everyone could have gains like mine. I’m all about sharing the wealth, even more so with friends.

Thanks bro, I’m 21, as for shocking, do you feel any uncomfort or any sort of feeling after your routine? I sorta don’t, so I’m thinking my penis is just naturally very used to stress as I jerk off alot :D Anyway, I’m just starting not even a week, so I’ll do the regular routine 30mins a day(early morning after shower) and doing kegels as much as I can, although natually my kegel muscle is strong and that I already have steel pole erections in the first place, so I hope I still get gains, heck 2” in length in the span of 2yrs and I’ll be happy, fuck I’ll be estatic, maybe .5” in girth, but I think I’m alright in that department.

Still, let me know of your progress VIA PM and let me in on your tips bro, we are very similar in age and maybe I can relate to you more.

BTW, my routine at the moment is:

5-7min warm up
5-8min stretch
10-15min jelq
5min warm up
Kegel as much as I can(not constantly, but few sets every now and then)
