Newbie Routine How to know when the workout is done

I was wondering whether or not one should keep going with their routine until they see a couple or a few red pinhead dots around the head and the shaft.

The newbie routine seems like it might be a little short? Should one work up to that level of rigor, seeing a couple dots each time? How does this work?

It’s good to work up, rather than increase the level of exertion too quickly. Pinprick dots are OK but they are not an indication of a good routine, simply an indication of the damage you don’t want to but might have to do to gain.

I used to always measure immediately after a routine. To me, a larger post workout measurement meant a fairly good workout.
