I tried searching this question before posting a new thread, but I have a question about extenders. While undergoing the time trial for the newbie routine, is it ok to use a extender? I am back and fourth on if I should just do the three months and see if i can gain that way or try to kick start it by using a extender. Also how am I supposed to know what tension to set it at(my extender didnt come with instructions). I just don’t want to do something that might affect my gains in a negative way.
