I understand you, I will also try that out. I do have a tendency to jelq at 75ish percent but at a low pressure. I think the hardness and pressure is the main thing when it comes to people who gain and people who dont. I mean, I know some people are genetically more fit than others, but there is no way the ratio is a high/low as it is on here. There has to be something done wrong by the people who have done pe and seen no results. I will try to go at a very light jelq and around 50 percent for 10 mins and see what happens.

One more thing Richard, for the second month should I stick with the standard left right up down straight out stretches for ten mins or mix it up a little?

I am doing Shazzan stretches: stretch for 10 seconds, release 5 sec, exhale while stretching again and feel as the stretch expands - and then hold it. You can do 5 Shazzans in every direction and hold it for 45 secs and then repeat the set. Like this you have exactly 10 minutes done.

I am a lazy guy, I do all my training in 5 minute steps. It’s ways simpler to go.

I will try that out as well! I took my routine back like you said and will stick with 10 min jelqs my second month and 10 min stretches and just go from there. I really appreciate your time helping me out Richard.
