Newbie Routine - CritiqueComments
Hello Everyone;
After a few weeks of reading here, finally think I got my “routine” down. Comments/Criticism Welcome!
Morning Time, Shower, Some Slight Stretches nothing serious.
1. At Work, Wear my ADS/Extender - Aiming for 4 Hours per Day, if I can handle more I Definitely will, I wouldn’t mind 6-7 hours at work as I have a desk job.
2. GYM / Workout - Increasing Blood Flow via supplements (Arganine, No2, etc)
3. Shower/Warmup
4. Stretch Time. 3x each side. 30 second Holds. Left/Right/Down/Straight/Up
5. Helicopter Spins 20 seconds both ways.
6. Jelqs. Slower Jelqs. 2-3s per Jelq. 1 complete Jelq = both hands performing a pass each. Jelq Count: 50 (or 100 each hand)
7. Helicopter Spins Again
8. V- Jelqs, 10 each side.
9. Warm down/Cool down
10. Try not to Cum/Masterbate/Sex for 1 hour after, but with my Flaccid Hanging, GF really likes to jump on me lol.
My Main Focus here is Length then Girth.
PBEL: 6.5
PBEG: 4.25 / 4.3 - need to remeasure at 100% erection.
Supplements:
I am currently on some HGH, and injecting it into my FAT PAD, since HGH causes liposis, I’m hoping to reduce my fat pad size.
I will measure every 4 weeks.
Future Ideas:
Get a Real Month in for Manual PE and ADS. Getting into the routine will be my biggest issue. I workout hard, as I powerlift/strongman train, very lean, and I am exhausted after a workout, but making manual PE an everyday thing, will be beneficial for me in the long run.
Chemical PE
I am very interested in CHEM PE, but like above, ONLY after I have a REAL Routine constantly working. 2 weeks so far so good, but I want much longer before going Chem Route as I feel Chems are just Tools/Supplements and should be used when READY and only when READY.
Hanging
I would love to Hang, I feel this has the best results in terms of Lenght. But like above, I want solid time and conditioning done before hanging.
Pumping
I just need the $$$ to pick me up a pump. I feel this would help for Jelqing.
