I have been doing PE for a week and I feel like maybe penis has gotten a little fuller erection? I don’t know , I haven’t measured it yet but my skepticism has been lifted a little. Anyways my question is that people here say jelq with a 40-70% erection but the purpose of jelqing is to fill in the penis with more and more blood. So wouldn’t that lead eventually to a 100% erection which you guys tell not to do? And sometimes when I jelq I lose the blood I trap inside. Does that mean I have to start again? Does losing blood pressure in my penis while jelqing mean what I’ve been doing for the past few minutes mean nothing anymore?

To answer your questions. 1. Getting fuller. Well that’s what happens when you jelq so be happy because it proves you are doing it right, but its just swelling and it will go away. 2. Don’t measure. I would say do the 3 months before you measure but at least a month. 3. Jelqing at 100% erection is very tough on you dick. If it is not conditioned correctly you will pick up an injury. It took me 2 years to condition mine properly to jelq at 100% savely. So two weeks is not near enough time. On loosing the blood, just keep going. I break mine up in sets of 50. Depending on what I’m working on, lets say length, I will start at a 80% (I can handle it keep it at 70% for safety sake) and do my set ending at about 50% depending on the tightness of my grip. Which is usually very tight. Every jelq helps, unless there is no engorgement at all. So as long as there is blood there, the jelq will help.

Some tips. I usually get myself to a 100% erection and then wait for it to subside to a 70% erection and then start jelqing. Then I know its properly engorged with blood. Just an idea. Also, try using your non jelqing hand to trap the blood at the base of your dick. Word of caution. If you are too erect, do not try this. It will only result in injury. Also try adding a 20 minute edging session at the end. Personally it helps me with cementing gains that I might have made during the session and also helps with healing because all the blood there for that long speeds up the healing process.
