All normal. Takes some experience until one gets it right.

Use at least an OK grip as you do with jelqs and you can also add the other fingers.
Redness and skin problems are expected. Skin takes time to get used to it. Baby powder can help while stretching.

You can push blood in through kegels when you have an OK grip at the base.
But that might take also some training.

:D I will try with the skin back anyway and see how that feels. It was only a few stretches to get used to it, just as written in the linear newbie routine.

With Jelqs I am using kegels for about 50% of the reps I would say, erection level just drifts though. Can you train yourself to keep an erection without feeling any stimulus/excitement?

Ease into every stretch.
Really gauge the intensity. You shouldnt feel like ripping something apart.

Its more like going at the edge of, and only a little bit over, the elastic limit.

Your kegels and how to manage the jelq will get better.
Engaging/pulsing the BC muscle to pump blood in and holding the IC muscle to hold it can manage that to an extend.
But I would consider it rather advanced.

For the jelq you want to do this first:

1.grip base with ok grip.
2.grip tight to allow blood entering through a kegel. Once the blood is pumped past the grip tighten it.
3.proceed with the jelq pushing the blood slowly up the shaft with the ok grip.
4.while doing that use the other hand with an ok grip to tighten the base again. At best before the first hand did “loose” the blood.
repeat.

takes some time and training to get the kegel and jelq in synergy.
I say that cause it might be frustrating at first. Which also might mean you have to use other means of keeping your dick plump like sexy pictures..but I wouldnt train myself to need the pics.
Others stay erect throughout and cant jelq cause they are too hard.

What I mean with gauge intensity is:
there is : Not enough intensity, too much intensity and just right(to gain) intensity.
Of course not easy to pinpoint but an effort to get to “just right” needs to be made.

Indicators for just right: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!
Indicator for not enough: nothing happens at all.
Indicator for too much: ripped your dick off :D

To approach just right one starts out with doing just a bit more then “not enough”. (which is the gist of the linear newbie routine basicly)

I think these are the steps I’m doing with jelqing and Kegelling. I suppose it’s possible I’m losing some blood on the changeover from one hand to the other and timing the kegel. I think I kegel just before I tighten my grip at the base and as I’m removing my other hand from the head. I’m okay for a while but the erection just dwindles, it might just take practise but I also think I might need to reduce sex/masturbation to stay quite horny.

Lol, I can’t imagine have a 100%er for Jelqing. I guess age could come into it a bit?

With regards intensity, I think I just need to get a better understanding for what what I’m feeling. I was applying not too much force on the pull but I felt like I was squashing into my penis with the ok grip.

Just got to keep on doing it. :D and not lose my dick lol.

Had another workout today and it seemed to go a lot better. I had a larger hang after stretching so I guess this is a good indicator.

Jelqing also went a lot better, I didn’t do anything really different, I just felt a bit hornier as I haven’t ejaculated in a few days so it stayed up with greater ease.

One question I have from today, when jelqing I can feel the soft tube like part on the underside of the penis being squashed. I don’t feel like I’m using excessive force, there’s no pain or discomfort but I’m being quite firm - is this okay?

Dick was more vascular after today’s workout. :D

You are speaking about the CS I suppose. It should be OK. Just look out if it feels worse during, a fter and next day and then adjust pressure or rotate the OK sign.

Yes PI’s seem fine, morning wood still occurring nearly every day just as normal. Definitely carrying a small amount of extra thickness when erect

The only neutral PI I guess is that during the day (at work etc.) My dick still turtles up. I’m not concerned about this because this has always been the case. Is there any possibility this may change with PE? I’m not sure what causes this to happen. Mine is usually pretty cold to the touch when flaccid. I guess it has something to do with blood in the penis but not sure.

The exercise pushes blood nicely into the flaccid dick and intensity can be adjusted.

I also need to ask what is the purpose of a cock ring? Is it a pleasure thing? I can honestly say that I have never thought about it.

Anyway, had another decent PE day on the linear newbie routine. I’ve noticed that stretching today has given me a lot of little red dots on the head of my dick. Feels slightly itchy. Not anything to worry about though is it?

I was also wondering is it possible to gain just an inch in length and half inch in girth just using newbie routines/manual exercises?

Also, this might be a silly question, but what would happen if I achieved such gains and then stopped PE? Is it possible to achieve permanent gains or does the dick just revert back?

ADS is to keep length under low tension all day. ADC is to keep girth expanded at low tension all day.
To promote healing in expanded state and training the dick to be flaccid.(veins, blood flow etc.)

1 x 0.5 is possible with newbie routine. You could do this routine forever as it has all you need to gain. Might just have to adjust time and intensity(up).

Many achieve permanent gains. In most cases you loose some. Thats why it is wise to get abit more then your goal.
A good thing after reaching goals is to just slow down intensity and frequency.
Its recommended to maybe do some maintenance routine.(like 1 time a week or month)
After all low intensity PE is very healthy for the dick espacially when older. (use it or loose it)

It will change colour. Just shouldnt be painfull and if you let stretch go it should turn back to normal colour.
If you burst small capillaries on the top skin layer then you did it too hard.

I often stretch ballsack skin with one hand and jelq with the other. Then when one hand arrives at the glans I use the ballsack hand to make the Ok grip at the base and the jelqing hand will stretch the ballsack. Making turns.

Try different modes of grips.
These are all minor problems that will sort out with trying stuff and getting some experience. Its a bit different for everyone I suppose.
I assure you with some trying you will have a very tuned movement after some weeks.
