I have just started stretching with my jes Ekstender ( months). And this week I started stretching at least fore 6 houers a day.
The first six houers I can do in a Row(?) with some minutts in between the houers. But if I want to do some more housers later the same day. Does they have a much smaller effect then those I do earlier ?
