Newbie Injury

Ok. Got an 80% erection for the first time in a while and was able to maintain for about 30 seconds.. Good news.. Still planning on taking about a month off.

Still experiencing pain and weak spontaneous erections. For some reason it’s more painful today.

I was reading up on some supplements and found out that there is a greater likelihood of bleeding when taking Horny Goat Weed and/or Ginko Biloba. Wonder if that has anything to do with injury.

What does your routine look like? That can help shed some light. Considering you only registered in April of 2017 and are clamping + ULI’s hopefully you were doing conditioning exercises before these techniques.

Not really. I was doing the Uli’s and clamping very lightly. It was the jelqing that I got injured from. Or maybe there was a small injury and the jelqing exacerbated it.

Have you heard of any injuries involving impotence that got better over time?

50%-80% morning woods, erections subside fairly quickly without a lot of stimulation. Glads do get erect when stimulated. Pain and soreness.

Chill. I’ve had this happen. No sex no masterbation. Reverse kegels and squats to help balance the pelvic floor.

Don’t go so hard without proper training

Yeah. Just was with the gf last night. Light blow job felt fine and I was pretty decently hard and kept it for quite some time without stimulation. No pain, just soreness in the morning. EQ is still a little down.

Looks like I’m getting better. I’m still taking another 2 weeks at least off of PE.

Hi Red,

Taking more time off is a good idea. I would highly advise you to stay away from clamping and ULIs. I got nerve damage from clamping. It was not fun.

I think you would benefit from slow, LOW Intensity jelqing when you resume PE. Focus on good expansion but don’t go into the discomfort zone. Remember, Less is More for alot of people and it is certainly true in the early stages of PE.

Give your penis time to get used to the stress before you start with the clamping. Clamping is a very powerful practice but it can be dangerous.

Good luck Red

Thanks for the heads up.. Has the nerve damage healed?

Still having pain. I had sex a couple times yesterday (I know I probably should not have).. But it was light. Managed an 80% erection.

Got soft switching positions but bounced back pretty quickly. Is that normal for a 26 year old?

It’s normal for a guy who is worried about having injured his penis specifically or overly preoccupied with something else in general. Worrying is an erection killer.

February '16: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

November '18: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 137 mm MEG (5.39")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

Gotcha.

Morning woods are still weak and erections are still not the same, but it’s looking slightly better!

Been about 6+- days since the injury. Hopefully another 2 weeks I’ll be 100% again.

Take it easy tiger, you only have one cock. Try to focus on other aspects of your life. Hobbies, etc.

Agrandar tu pene es una maratón, no un sprint.-

Been 1 week. Still having problems with weak morning erections.. About 50%.

Still pain/soreness.

Well, at least it still works? Not 100% yet..

Hopefully this doesn’t come to bite me in the ass when I’m older.

Keeping this thread updated for future newbies.
