But now you bring it up, what is too little and too much tension? I’m guessing that if I’m in pretty severe pain then I’m overdoing it? So far I have been applying enough pressure so I can see my penis and glands swell as I ‘milk’. I had a go for the first time yesterday and although it left me with a slightly sore glands/ foreskin I feel fine.

Think I’ll just keep on the ‘Newbie Routine’ and see how it goes. I’m not willing to take any large chances.. If my erections start to weaken or it becomes harder to retain for whatever reason, or I’m in pain then I will adjust so it isn’t or I will ‘hit it on the head’, so to speak.

Pay attention to your PI’s and you will be fine.

Reading through those PI’s explains why I’ve started getting so many erections for no apparent reason, particularly in the morning.

Thanks for all the advice.

I am exactly like you , I want a bigger penis, but from surfing the web in the past and even more recently,I have come across countless sites that say that PE can cause all sorts of problems and even permanent impotence!
To all the experienced PE’ers out there, Is it safe to say, that a lot of this negative info swarming the web regarding PE is more than likely from people who did it all wrong(I.e-over-training,improper form etc.)?

Have you all ever heard of these negative PI’s from someone who followed the routines correctly according to what level they were at?

When exactly did you start PE?

I wish you luck on your journey!

There is a good chance that everyone will see negative PI’s at some point. This is because you have to keep pushing the limits, in order to push the gains.
Basically:

Healthy PErson: Is someone who conditions their penis before advanced routines with something like the Newbie routine. They read a lot of information, and because of this, they know the risks of advanced exercises and what negative PI’s to look for. They also follow the advise of veteran Pe members who know what they are talking about, because they have been there before. The most important thing is, that these are the people who look for negative PI’s when starting advanced programs, and if they see one, they stop, rest, change intensity of routine, and/or take a break.

Injured PErson: Is someone who does not condition their penis. They do not read about risks, safety, and PI’s. They do not think that they need the advice of veteran PE members. These are the guys that will go right into very advanced exercises right off the bat, because they have read that these exercises give the best results. Basically it is a guy who skips the “easy stuff” and slaps a clamp on their erect penis and hangs 15 pounds of weight off of it at the same time. This would probably lead to a broken penis.

Basically guys, it comes down to knowledge. Knowledge is what has gotten people results from the beginning of PE. Read all you can about exercises and routines. Know what the risk factors are and what to look for. If you slowly and patiently continue to advance routines with knowledge of what you are doing, then 99% of the time, you will be fine. (And probably make gains)

It’s refreshing to hear from someone with an average size penis who is basically content…we get a little out of control here at times. Your goals are modest, and if you follow a light basic routine, you should have no trouble reaching your goals without damaging your penis. Good luck.
