New to PE - Questions
I’m new to PE, although I’ve been pulling and jerking on my dick for a long time..
I’m a month into the basic newbie routine: warmup, 10 mins of basic stretching, 10 mins semi-flaccid jelqing, 50 or so 5-second kegels, warm down. 2 days on, 1 day off. I’m already noticing nice improvements in flaccid hang throughout the day, as well as harder and more frequent erections.
My current situation is 6.5” BPEL, 5.5” EG. I’m content with my girth, although I wouldn’t avoid more. What I’m really interested in is adding length. I want to get to 7.5” or 8” BPEL.
My questions are as follows:
1. Are there any exercises or methods I should focus on to add length, beyond the simple mostly-flaccid basic jelqing exercises?
2. Are there any devices I should be thinking about for a couple months down the line?
3. Are there any supplements that I should be taking, or is all of that total bullshit?
4. What am I not thinking of?
