New to PE. Any tips to ensure my gains?

I recently got into PE because I’m not satisfied with how big my penis is. I’m 19 and I’m currently measuring about 5 1/4” in length and 5” in girth. I would LOVE to at least be 6” in length and maybe a little bit bigger in girth but not much, maybe 5.5”. To me 6” EL is the perfect length, not too big and not too small. I’ve been following the newbie routine for about a week now and I am committed and willing do PE until I see some gains. I would appreciate some help and words of encouragement from some of you guys. I am thinking about buying and Bathmate in the upcoming weeks but I am not sure if it’s worth the money. Also what are some things I can do to maximize my gains?

If you want to maximize gains you should stick with manual PE for at least a full year. Spend this time learning the basics first and learning how your body responds to PE. Then after a year you can do whatever you want and try an extender or a pump or both. You may be ready to try some gear in 6 months or so but a year is long enough to see how well you can stick to one program without program jumping or trying the flavor of the month exercise. Use manual PE as the base for any good program instead of relying on lots of supplements and gadgets, because if your stuff gets lost, stolen, or detained in the airport you’re going to feel lost without it.

Try to keep in mind that your first year is about learning how to PE, keeping a journal, and trial & error. Make sure you record everything you do too because that will come in handy time and time again.

You can have nice gains with the newbie routine. Like GreatDivider said stick with this as long as you are gaining. Don’t stray from the newbie routine until your progress slows. If you can wait don’t measure your progress for the first couple of months and you will be surprised at how much you can increase your size doing the simple stuff first. Good luck.
