New starter of clamping

After 4 months of beginners routine I just started of clamping. Actually I have been doing PE for more than 3 years,,it was mostly on and off type of going with big lay off periods.

It was recommended to do it 1 day on, 1 day off when at the start of the program. I did it first without any trouble two days ago. I still feel some tingly, yet not so painful sensation in my member as an effect of engorgement by clamping.

I am not sure what to do. Maybe waiting for the feeling to wear away before doing it again?

When is it tingly and for how long? It’s normal to have some of that it right after an exercise, just the blood coming back in the way it should.

If you feel sore, wait it out. That would be my advice. On the other hand, I am not an expert clamper, so maybe I am not competent on the subject.

:confused: How long after the session are you feeling this ‘tingly’ sensation? I’m not clear on what you posted - is it painful, or not? There shoud be no pain whatsoever involved.

Wait til the tingling subsides, then when you feel ready, get a good erection and just check that everything feels as it should do. You are right to be cautious, but you’ll soon learn the basics of clamping technique.

I felt it right after the exercise. It’s sill on now but less intensive and hopefully it will wear away overnight.

The feeling has been there since I did my 1st session of clamping 2 days ago. It is not painful but there is some sensation usually I don’t feel normally. I don’t think it’s sore either.

In that case, leave clamping aside for a day or two and just focus on keeping your dick healthy/tingle-free and erections regular. How long was your penis clamped for?

It was for 10 minutes 3 times.

Nice pics. You did not seem using any wrapping in clamping. Is it safe enough for beginners?

Start off with 5 minute sets, then build up to 10 after a few weeks. Remember, don’t do too much too soon.

As a clamping noob, you should be wrapping. After you get seasoned, if you decide to drop the wraps then you can.

That’s a bit much for your first ever clamping experience. As aom91 advises, 3 x 5 minutes would’ve been more beneficial. I know you are keen to get going but bear in mind that clamping is one of the riskiest forms of PE for newbs.

I personally don’t use wrap, it’s just my personal preference, but 90% of guys do, so with caution being your watchword, go with the wrap.

Okay I did another session of clamping yesterday having 3 days of total off from PE after my first clamping session ever. Now I feel like I can do it again tomorrow.

The mistake I made at the first time was not taking enough rest time between sets. I took only 2 minutes of rest. Yesterday I took at least 10 minutes rest between sets. So, enough resting period to allow blood trapped in penis to go way and veins to subside is very important.

Still, probably too much too soon. I’d listen to drilla.
