New starter of clamping
After 4 months of beginners routine I just started of clamping. Actually I have been doing PE for more than 3 years,,it was mostly on and off type of going with big lay off periods.
It was recommended to do it 1 day on, 1 day off when at the start of the program. I did it first without any trouble two days ago. I still feel some tingly, yet not so painful sensation in my member as an effect of engorgement by clamping.
I am not sure what to do. Maybe waiting for the feeling to wear away before doing it again?
