New program - suggestions

Hello everyone. I discovered PE about a month ago and developed a program for myself. First thing in the morning, I stretch SO, SU, left and right, each stretch lasting 30 seconds, total time stretching 15 minutes. I then wet jelg for 15 minutes. During the day, I wear a golf weight. I am averaging about 6 - 8 hours a day with the golf weight. I have done the above program for the last month, taking weekends off. This morning, after stretching and jelging, I hung 15 minutes with 2.5 pds using a Capt. Wench. I then applied my golf weight. I am looking mostly for length. Truthfully, I need to avoid more girth. My wife says my dick is too wide already. I have been told that jelgs are for girth only, but I am not convinced yet. I would appreciate any suggestions on the above routine. I would also like to hear from anyone that uses golf weights for ADS, and what their routines are like. I would also love to hear about any killer length routines. Thanks.
