New plan of attack

Understanding that there is no one way for PE to work for everyone, I’ve been trying to find a solution that works for me. Vets please feel free to comment.

I plan to break up my PE into 2 sessions per day; one in the morning and one in the afternoon, with BTC stretching throughout the day.

Session 1
Sit at the edge of the tub and go thru 2 heat wrap sessions.
One set of the Mandingo stretch
Heat wrap for one session
One set of SD stretch
Heat wrap for one session
150 jelqs
Heat wrap session

20 minutes on treadmill, at max incline and 3 mph
Two heat wrap sessions
Mandingo stretch
SD stretch
Heat wrap
