My plan of attack or lack there of
My NBPEL when I first started was about 15 cm (just about 6 inches). Now it is 16.5 cm (about 6.5 inches) which I’m pretty stoked about (good gains I reckon). My BPEL now, is 17.8 cm (7 inches). First question, when people say they want a 7 incher on the forums is that what I have already? (Haha seems silly to ask but this BPEL and NBPEL confuses me.)
My EG is around 12 cm (around 4.75 in) which is below average!
Ultimately my long term goal is a NBPEL 19 cm (7.5 inch) X 14.5 cm (5.7 inch) girth.
These are my thought processes:
Work on the length first get that 19 cm NBPEL and THEN work on the girth (because apparently length is harder to get once you have the girth)
Work on the girth first get to ABOVE average maybe 13.5 cm THEN work to get length. (More pleasing for the ladies + looks a whole lot meatier)
At this stage, I’m fairly new to it all so I’ll probably keep on doing my
5 min warmup
10 min stretches
10 min jelqs
5 min warm down
And see what happens. However, I thought it would be interesting to hear what some of the pros think I should do in the not-too-distant future.
