I want to know if i am on the right path. I started with a warm wrap for 5 minutes then a warm up stretch then jelq for about 10 minutes then wrap again and then stretch for about 10 minutes? Is that right?? I am so depressed about my size that i want dont really want to live.

Hi Marcus, Everything you said seems right, although if you follow luvdadus’ newbie routine (Newbie Routine) for about two months you can’t go wrong.
AS a relatively new guy here here are a few tips from me that have been said a million times before: 1-Don’t over do it, go easy 2-Don’t try advanced techniques (e.g. horses and Ulis) 3-Dont get down about what you think is a small penis, you can now do something about it, turn your negative energy into positive PE’ing energy :)

This last line is particularly disturbing to me. Partly because I know exactly how you feel, but mostly because I hate to know that you (anyone) have that feeling—especially since it’s a feeling I know. If you ever need to vent or rant about something, feel free to PM me. I won’t make your problems go away, but I’ll listen to/read anything you need to get off your chest. Sometimes having someone to listen helps a little.

yes but its true, its how i feel. I think about it alot and it is always on my mind. If these exercises really work and i can make some gains thats really positive for me. If this forum can help me get started i would apreciate it alot. I have read through alot of the stuff beginners are told to read here but i feel overwhelmed. The newbie routine, is that what i shoudl start out with?? When do u see gains if any? When do you start more advanced exercises? Can u jelq overhand?
Do the newbie routine, do it for atleast 3 months by slowly increasing the intensity before getting into any more advanced exercises. When will you start seeing results? That’s totally individual. After that first three months, if you’ve done good.
