New and just wondering.
Yeah.. I’m new and I’m wanting to have a constant PE routine, but I just don’t have the time (School, girlfriend,work.. All that crap). So, I’m wondering what all I should do, I do BTC and some manual stretches throughout the day, but since I don’t know what to do, I just don’t do it (I’ve been wanting to PE for a few months now.). My measurements are BPEL 6.5, EG 4.5, BPFSL 3.5, FLG 3.7.. Yeah, I know.. Not impressive. So, I need a routine, or a list of exercises I can do in about 30-60 minutes 3-4 times a week.. I’m not looking for fast gains, just constant steady gains. I would quick flaccid gains.. If possible.
Now for some questions.
Does sex or masturbation in any way hinder PE gains.
Does weed (in moderation) affect my PE gains?
What is the correct way to do a fowfer?
How do I make my unit more vainey?
My short term goal is 8x5.5 and my long term is 9x6-6.5 is that a suitable goal?
When I’m erect, my penis pops when I push it down (in the base) what is that, and is it bad.. Should I get it checked?
