Yeah.. I’m new and I’m wanting to have a constant PE routine, but I just don’t have the time (School, girlfriend,work.. All that crap). So, I’m wondering what all I should do, I do BTC and some manual stretches throughout the day, but since I don’t know what to do, I just don’t do it (I’ve been wanting to PE for a few months now.). My measurements are BPEL 6.5, EG 4.5, BPFSL 3.5, FLG 3.7.. Yeah, I know.. Not impressive. So, I need a routine, or a list of exercises I can do in about 30-60 minutes 3-4 times a week.. I’m not looking for fast gains, just constant steady gains. I would quick flaccid gains.. If possible.

Now for some questions.

Does sex or masturbation in any way hinder PE gains.

Does weed (in moderation) affect my PE gains?

What is the correct way to do a fowfer?

How do I make my unit more vainey?

My short term goal is 8x5.5 and my long term is 9x6-6.5 is that a suitable goal?

When I’m erect, my penis pops when I push it down (in the base) what is that, and is it bad.. Should I get it checked?

I don’t get it. What do you mean?

He is talking about the search function. Try using it to find what you are looking for. I would start with the newbie routine. Just go to the top of the page and click on ‘search’ and type ‘newbie routine’ in the box. It is a great place to start, and the most recommended. I have been here about a month, and have a similar time constraint situation, and have gained 1/2” in that time using the newbie routine.
