Need length gains

I am currently on the newbie routine, haven’t measured yet, just wondering if any one has a list, of the exercise that target length, flaccid more than erect, as my flaccid is only 2” which is depressing and erect is just short of 5” that is why length is more urgent, I think my girth is average at 5.5” erect which is something I guess, I see guys with 6” erect and 4-5” flaccid, whats with that?

Manual stretches and BTC stretches, fowfers are all good to increasing the flaccid length.

Yeah and sometimes when I do this my gun is just dead , it’s like a rubber and it becomes deader with every jelq should I rest when it become like this ?

Aha ok I do it like you said , but I think sometimes it’s just because I’m tired and because it’s a muscle it’s dead like me as well

Varym-

I tend to jelq with a 60-70% erect. I try to not do more then that and not less then that. If you are flaccid you are doing more of a stretch not a jelq. You have to have blood in the penis in order to build up the pressure when you do the jelq.
