Need Help on....

I can’t find a tutorial on how to do a DLD “A” Stretch, DLD Dual Fulcrum Stretch.

In DLD’s post, the pics he gives are dead links.

Give me a link and I’ll see if it can be fixed.

Those graphics are on the forum someplace mem and madjelqzter. I remember seeing them after the links went dead.
