Kegaling is great. Its something you can do while driving your car, watching TV, etc. It really is something you can do throughout the whole day that is completely stealth.

Its your body and your call of course, it just sounded like you believed that you had injured yourself by kegeling to hard when whacking it. Do whatever you feel appropriate.

I like the idea of having something safe and convenient prevent me from turtling throughout the day.

What I might do is, once I research kegeling more thoroughly, to do that for 15 minutes each morning, followed by ADS throughout my work day (mixed with breaks in between), followed by 15 minutes of jelqing at night.

What I think I’ll do is see if there are any urologists under my insurance plan that I can use a co-pay for (instead of paying a huge fee).

I’ll just pop in, explain the situation, let him take a look.

He’ll probably just say — “Don’t wack off too much for the next month, and take it easy”.

But hey, you never know. He might even check the circulation down there, although I don’t think I have a bloodflow problem. If anything it could be due to overstress (as in overstressing the penis).

Well, I figure I’d say that just to sound good. I figured there wasn’t much more to it then what I already knew. But I’ll definitely take a look.

I’m not on the Newbie because I’m in this for conditioning, not for gains per say. I’ve tried the whole PE thing before. I know MOSTLY what I’m doing. I care more about sexual health and verosity than risking injury to get gains.

Also, most routines, even the simple Newbie ones, are inconvenient to MY schedule. I’d rather do what’s comfortable for me, and that I see as both worthwhile and elementary (as in, obsessing over penis size is un-elementary)

You mentioned earlier you don’t want a bigger dick. Get rid of the ADS then - kegel in that spare time. Stick with manual exercises - light pressure with a lot of heat. 10 to 15 minutes of the Newbie Routine is perfect for this. Jelqing does not need to last 15 minutes if you are after health - in fact so much jelqing can be disadvantageous. 5 minutes is plenty jelqing with sufficient heat.

Preventing turtling is an important venture for ANYONE who’s trying to maximize the potential of their dick, even if it’s just conditioning. And since it’s light stretching as opposed to weights, it’s safe.
